Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially issued. Next contact your bank. It usually takes some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have completed all of these actions and still have not received your refund, sales@sankopower.com
